Subscriptions & Refunds
All lesson packages and choir subscriptions with Mia Slayford (ABN: 88 119 561 398) are non-refundable once purchased. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time prior to your next billing cycle.
Media & Promotional Consent
By attending choir sessions and events, you consent to being photographed and filmed. You agree that these materials may be used for social media, our website, and other promotional purposes without further notice or compensation. If you wish to opt out of being photographed or filmed, please get in touch with us directly.
Health, Safety & Liability
You agree that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during your time at the studio or choir events. Students accept that participation carries minimal but inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by Western Australian and Australian Consumer Law, Mia Slayford is not liable for: Personal injury sustained during lessons, except in cases of proven negligence. Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the choir and use of our app indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Our app includes a group chat feature to help you connect with other choir members. Please be aware that any information, messages, or media you voluntarily share within the group chat will be visible to other members in the group.
